01 / ENGINEERING

Mitsubishi Automation Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide product selection, programming and application support for Mitsubishi PLCs, drives, servo systems and HMIs.
  • Help customers diagnose communication, parameter and equipment issues, and assist with on-site commissioning.
  • Prepare technical guides and application examples, and support customer training.

Requirements

  • College diploma or higher in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls; familiarity with GX Works, GT Works or servo commissioning tools.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot systems; knowledge of common industrial networks.
  • Clear communication, careful working habits and willingness to travel for projects.
  • Experience with Mitsubishi automation products or system commissioning is preferred.

Automation Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of Mitsubishi automation products and solutions for machine builders and industrial customers.
  • Understand application requirements and coordinate product selection, proposals and quotations with the technical team.
  • Maintain customer relationships, follow orders and projects, and share market feedback.

Requirements

  • College diploma or higher in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, marketing or a related field.
  • Interest in industrial automation, with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop customer relationships, manage follow-ups and travel when required.
  • Experience in industrial controls sales, machinery or technical support is preferred.
